Dr. Walter Willett, MD, DrPH., (born in 1945 Walter Willett ist einer der bekanntesten und meist zitiertesten Ernährungsepidemiologe; das liegt z.B. daran dass er an der berühmten Harvard-Universität tätig ist, er ein entsprechendes Lehrbuch (Nutritional Epidemiology) geschrieben hat, und dass er an der longitudinalen Studie "Nurses Health Study" leitend beteiligt ist.
