Europäischer Ernährungsbericht 2004 Trends im Lebensmittelverbrauch, bei der Lebensmittelverfügbarkeit, Energie- und Nährstoffaufnahme sowie Trends beim Gesundheitsstatus - wie sieht es EU-weit aus und wo steht Österreich im Vergleich zu den anderen Staaten? Der erste Europäische Ernährungs- und Gesundheitsbericht (2004) gibt Auskunft darüber. Beteiligt an diesem Projekt waren neben Österreich die EU-Staaten Belgien, Dänemark, Deutschland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Italien, Portugal, Schweden, Spanien, Ungarn, Großbritannien sowie Norwegen als einziges Nicht-EU-Mitglied. Koordiniert wurde dieses Projekt von Prof. Elmadfa (Vorstand des Instituts für Ernährungswissenschaften der Universität Wien).
